Dance shoes / women

This page goes for the dance shoes - one of the 100 important questions ))

First of all your shoes have to be:
1. comfortable
2. comfortable
3. comfortable

Conclusion: they have to be comfortable, clean & not dangerous (ex. really high heels)

Some tips:
Shoes with leather, suede, plastic, or foam soles and of course dancing shoes are good for you & the dance floor.  Rubber soles will destroy your knees over time and will leave a difficult film on the floors, which is hard to clean (this one sounds very terrifying, but sometimes facts are better to be said straight)

As brain always better adsorbs information in the pictures, below are some do's and dont's for the shoes!

1. Here are some samples of the DANCE SHOES (if you see - the heel is different - is absolutely after you to choose- it has to be comfortable  for YOU! )

(niiiice!!! me personally I love heels like that) :

Got like these but gold ones - comfortable...well, i love heels!

2. Here the sample of the jazz DANCE SHOES - for those who want comfortable dance shoes, but doesnt like / doesnt want / still scared of the dancing on heels:

3. If you are not sure about the heels - then for the first classes/dances you can choose from casual shoes: option like this one would be a fit for you: no heels, comfortable on the ground.

4. If you are sport type woman you can wear smth that looks like this ( but pay attention to the bottom of the shoes!)

5. Straight after that come suggestion of what is not really suggested for salsa dancing ( its better to leave those for gym / jogging / fitness etc):

6. If you are every-day-on-the-heels-woman then this option can be ok for you ONLY for the party time to complete your hot dancing look ( + if you can control your balance). Recently it has been in fashion around salsa festivals wearing such heels at the parties. It looks hot, and it looks extremely hot (again!) if you can control your movement while wearing those shoes!!
--> Its not only men you are thinking about when being balanced-on-the-heels-dancer, but also about other women around dancefloor...

7.  Lets see some of the BIG NOOO and a small nooo for dancing:

8. Here is the example of the casual shoes that might be comfortable for dancing for example to bring in new look for your dance time

Sometimes in casual shoes can be the ones like this blue or pinkone...nice - but you have to make sure that your foot will not jump out of it when dancing!

9. Do you want to dance with your kid? No problem, there are shoes now even for that!! :))
...ok, that was a little time for smile to relaxed this tensed and important moments of thinking about shoes!
